Housify is a Geometry Nodes-based tool that generates buildings based on your meshes, with the ability to edit them in real-time!
The Housify currently features 30 unique Building modules and Angled Roof types, giving you the tools to create detailed and atmospheric buildings. You can construct houses. Whether you're building Luxury houses, cozy cottages, hunting lodges, old building, constructive buildings or entire villages, Housify gives you the flexibility and creative freedom to bring your architectural visions to life.

By default, the Walls are distributed normally which you can customize. But if you need to indicate a specific location of the walls,Doors, Stairs, window types, you can do this by assigning color to the Face. there are 4 types of Windows. You can specify the location of the Doors by assigning the Door name material color to the Face . You can also select the Building Type, from a total of 30.

Ivy and vegetation
Add Ivy and tree , flower and pots to your scene to create a natural and cozy feel. You can set up a random distribution, Density and Height of tree, flower and ivy.
Modeling Tips:-
1. Single House should be single island that can select house mesh by Shortcut L. Otherwise You should merge it first.
2. Every face should be 4 vertex only. Even Triangle face also have 4 vertex.
3. Try to make wall faces square as much as possible.
4. Face normal should be:-
wall :- outside direction
floor above ground floor:- Down direction
Floor top and bottom :- Up direction
In geometry node tree Have normal fixation node group ,it will fix normal automatically,but sometime in complex houses it need to disable and fix normal manually
